Here’s how it works!

1. We program 1-5 chosen family members’ cell phone numbers into the RescueTouch.

2. One firm press of the large SOS button and it first sends a group “Help Me” alert text to all chosen family members.  It then calls in sequence the chosen family members.   The family members speak directly with the user over the built-in speakerphone. Family members respond.

Great choice for individuals who want to maintain their privacy from neighbors and not trouble strangers (a.k.a. 9-1-1 operator, Fire Department, and EMS). Perfect choice for reducing EMS misuse for non-emergency events, as well as, unnecessary trips to the emergency department and the hefty transport bills that come with those bumpy ambulance rides.
