RescueTouch will, subject to the disclosure obligations described below, strictly maintain the privacy of the personal information you share with us, and adhere to applicable law regarding privacy. We will need certain information to provide or modify services, change subscriber call list information, and fulfill orders for new equipment, products and services. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not collect personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us. You expressly authorize RescueTouch to disclose information contained on forms you may fill out (either on this web site or in paper form) that request personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, medical history, medications, email address etc., or information you give us orally via telephone or via the two-way audio feature of the personal emergency response system to emergency personnel (e.g. physicians or other health care providers, paramedics, fire department, ambulance services) who may be notified of a possible emergency or contacts/responders you have listed and provided to us. RescueTouch does not provide any medical services, including without limitation, diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. We only notify emergency personnel and other contacts/responders of a system activation and forward information you have provided to us. RescueTouch does not verify or validate the accuracy or completeness of any information you have provided to us.
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as shipping your order, offering customer service, or gathering customer testimonials. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
Our shopping cart is hosted by our e-commerce solutions provider. They host our ordering system and collect your billing information directly from you for the purpose of processing your order. This company does not use this information for any other purpose.
You understand and agree that in conjunction with employee training, quality control and the provision of services, we may monitor and/or electronically record audio related to monitored activity at your location, as well as conversations with you, emergency services providers, and your contacts/responders. You consent to us using information about you to (i) administer services, offer you new products or services, enforce the terms of the agreement between you and us, prevent fraud and respond to regulatory and legal requirements, (ii) respond to a subpoena or other such legal process, and (iii) use and share aggregate customer information and statistics that do not include information that identifies you personally. You agree that we may contact you by telephone, facsimile, e-mail or other Internet facilities, with respect to the system and services we provide and new offerings of systems or services we may make available in the future.

We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at support@rescuetouch.com.
Our web site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at support@rescuetouch.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
If you choose our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. If our chat feature is offline we will collect your name and email address so that we may reply to your request. This information will be used to contact you at a later time to answer any questions regarding our products and services.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA
Our web site includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site.
